Bespoke Childcare provide the highest level of care and education.

Fees are payable two weeks in advance.

Bespoke Childcare use the EziDebit (direct Debit) payment system for fee collection. This is acessed via your xplor account

For security purposes we have a NO CASH POLICY.

Childcare Benefit and Childcare Rebate

All the programs at Bespoke Childcare are approved for the purpose of Child Care Benefit (CCB) by Department of Human Services.

To find out if your family is eligible for both the Child Care Benefit (CCB) and the 50% Child Care Tax Rebate for out-of-pocket expenses please contact The Department of Human Services on 136 150 or go to the Department of Human Services website for more information on CCB and CCR.

How is CCB paid?

The Child Care Benefit is paid directly to your childcare provider reducing your daily fees.

How is the 50% Child Care Rebate paid?

The 50% rebate can be paid in multiple ways.

How much CCB will I receive?

CCB is means tested so the amount you receive depends on your family income.

How is the 50% Child Care Rebate calculated?

The 50% Child Care rebate is calculated on your Out-of-Pocket expenses, please refer to The Department of Human Services website.

On the Department of Human Services website you will find a Child Care Online Estimator. The estimator lets you work out childcare payments you may get, based on your individual circumstances.

You can work out a dollar amount for Child Care Benefit for approved care, Child Care Rebate entitlements and out of pocket childcare costs.
